One of the more refined stone houses in Waterdown, Ontario, this home on Main St S was originally built as a manse for the Wesleyan Methodist Church c. 1859.

Heritage Brick and Stone was tasked with removing the existing and improperly applied parging over the face of the stones, then pointing in the hidden rubble stone wall to reveal the extensive craftsmanship originally presented.

The mortar used was a custom blended hydraulic lime mortar imported from France and applied with traditional techniques including hand tooling and brushing the joints.
